In 2017 the events industry finally received government approval for an Events Assistant Apprenticeship programme. Great news for the sector – but who would lead the way in delivering it? Step forward Realise. Led by a team with nearly a century of global events experience, the programme was brought to life and market in less than 6 months. A combination of workshops, coaching sessions and a comprehensive Online Learning Management System delivered the 18 month programme with astounding results.
Three years in and Realise had a 100% success rate with learners who reached the ‘gateway’ stage, with an incredible 74% of apprentices completing with a ‘Merit’ or “Distinction.’ Take a look for further information
