GES are a leading global player in the exhibition and events space, serving the world’s biggest brands from their network of offices and manufacturing plants around the world.
Much of GES’s success and growth had been from buying up smaller agencies and suppliers; however, the GES Board realised that there was a need to grow and develop the next generation of business leaders.
International HR Director Katrina Rowbury instigated the GES academy; 8 bespoke workshops that culminated in a development project for more than 100 delegates from around the globe. Realise were selected to deliver half the workshops, at locations across the UK and UAE, delivering a range of marketing and communicating modules to develop future leaders.
